National Swimming Championships
The National Swimming Championships were held this weekend in Windhoek at the Olympia Swimming Pool.
The Namib Swimming Academy (NSA) was awarded the best club when two of their swimmers received the senior Victor and senior Victrix Ludorums. Both Daniela Lindemeier and JP Engelbrecht scored 3 384 FINA points.
Michaela Cloete (also from the NSA) came in second with 3322 points and Kari van der Vaart from the Dolphins Club in Windhoek 3rd with 3016 FINA points.
The two runners up in the boys category were Andries Niemann from Swakopmund with 2818 points and Florian Henzen from Dolphins with 2766 points.
